When you order online you may use one of the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard)
Is shipping included in the prices?
Shipping is not included in the price. It is a flat fee of $15 across Canada that is added at checkout. If you live outside of Canada the shipping fee is $30 flat.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop?
It is 100% secure to pay in the online shop. We use a secure payment method that takes credit card and debit.
Is it possible to refund or replace any product?
You may receive a refund or a replacement when the product is defective. Please send a video showing the equipment’s issue and our customer service team will contact you to discuss further details.
Why was my order cancelled?
I’m sorry to hear your order was cancelled. The reason it may have been cancelled is because we are out of stock at that moment and are working to replenish product.
